Returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Get your labelIf your return is accepted we'll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Ship it backPack securely in original packaging and drop off with the carrier. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Get your refundOnce received and inspected we'll notify you and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email support@playratech.com with your order number and photos — we'll resolve it within 1-2 business days.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and once accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
